Skill Development Program for Women at Village-Nigohan, Lucknow with the help of Indian Oil

Skills and Livelihood Development Program for continuous women empowerment. SVAR, in partnership with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), implemented a comprehensive skill development initiative aimed at empowering women in rural areas.

The program focused on providing vocational training in various trades including tailoring, handicrafts, and computer basics. Women participants gained marketable skills that enable them to earn independent income and contribute to their family's economic well-being. The initiative has successfully transformed lives by creating sustainable livelihood opportunities.
